Cooking Instructions

Oven Roasting (Best Method for Frozen Mashed Potatoes)

  • Preheat the oven to 200–220°C (390–430°F).

  • Place the mashed potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Spread them into an even layer, or make small “mounds” according to the shape you prefer.

  • Lightly drizzle some oil on top.

  • Bake for 20–30 minutes until the edges turn golden brown, gently stirring once or twice during cooking.


Air Fryer

  • Preheat the device to 180–190°C (355–375°F).

  • Place the mashed potatoes in the Air Fryer basket in a thin layer.

  • Lightly spray or drizzle with oil.

  • Cook for 15–20 minutes until the edges turn golden and crispy, stirring once halfway through.


Stovetop Heating

  • If you only have mashed potatoes, you can crisp them in a non-stick pan with a little oil over medium heat, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.

  • 5% Coating Mix consisting of: Modified Starch, Rice Flour, Dextrin, Salt.
  • Raising Agents (E450i, E500).
  • Stabilizer (E415).
Storage and Usage Instructions
  • Keep Frozen: Store at -18°C (0°F) or colder.

  • Cook from Frozen: French fries should be cooked directly from frozen. Do not defrost before cooking.

  • Note: Cooking from frozen ensures optimal taste and texture.
