Cooking Instructions

Deep Fryer

  • Preheat oil to 180°C.

  • Cook for 2–3 minutes or until golden and crispy.


Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 220°C.

  • Place product on a baking tray in the center of the oven.

  • Cook for 23–25 minutes.

  • Turn halfway through cooking time for even browning.


Convection Oven

  • Preheat oven to 220°C.

  • Cook for 12–16 minutes.

  • Turn halfway through cooking time for best results.

Air Fryer

  • Preheat to 180°C.

  • Cook for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.

Ingredients
  • Potatoes (90%).
  • Vegetable Oil (5%).
  • 5% Coating Mix consisting of: Modified Starch, Rice Flour, Dextrin, Salt.
  • Raising Agents (E450i, E500).
  • Stabilizer (E415).
Storage and Usage Instructions
  • Keep Frozen: Store at -18°C (0°F) or colder.

  • Cook from Frozen: French fries should be cooked directly from frozen. Do not defrost before cooking.

  • Note: Cooking from frozen ensures optimal taste and texture.
